Championship Season Continues With Presidents Cup
The calendar will flip to September this weekend, and championship season in Canada is in full swing. With the Minto and Founders Cup being decided last week, the attention now turns to the Presidents and Mann Cups.

Presidents Cup Update: Four Teams Remain
The Ladner Pioneers are going for their third Presidents Cup in a row as the tournament begins the semifinals on Friday!

Ontario
In Ontario, the news of the week was the Founders Cup victory by Elora, and the MSL title by the Six Nations Chiefs.
Elora dismantled the Hamilton Bengals 10-1 in the finals, capping off a dominant season. They only lost two times all summer.

The Elora Mohawks won their sixth Founders Cup in franchise history with a 10-1 win over Hamilton.

The Six Nations Chiefs defeated the Peterborough Lakers 11-8 on Tuesday to secure their second straight MSL championship!
The Mann Cup begins Thursday September 5th in Six Nations.

Following a strong showing from the Raiders at the Minto, Alberta’s title hopes now rest with the Edmonton Miners, who were the only team to defeat the Ladner Pioneers this week at the Presidents Cup. They play Allegany this evening.
