This week on the OTCB Podcast, we welcome The Terefenko Show! With 6 goals and 11 points in his last two games, Ryan Terefenko is on absolute fire!
Maybe he’s on the “Buckeye Boost”, or its just all coming together but after a slow start, Terefenko and the Thunder Birds have won four of five. And Terefenko is on a tear unlike many we have seen. The defender has 11 points in his last two games, which alone would be more than half of his previous career high.
One of the best two-league pros in the business, Terefenko is used to being a nuisance for opposing offences, but his newfound scoring stroke has been a revelation for the Thunderbirds. After a rough start, has battled all the way back to 4-4 and as of this writing, sit in a playoff position.
After beating Philly in Philly, Halifax now welcomes the Wings to the maritimes this Saturday with a chance to take both games from a team right next to them in the playoff race.
Out of the clouds, Pat joins the show amidst the winter storm blanketing much of Canada. We look ahead to a love-hate filled Valentine’s Day Week 12 in the NLL so there’s lots to talk about.
