Welcome back The College Lacrosse Show Episode 2. On today’s episode, Dan and I discuss the strong start for Johns Hopkins, the upset by Utah over Ohio State and we preview the upcoming contest between UNC and Michigan!

After a great first episode, we are so excited to continue on with the rest of the season. We also unveiled a new segment this week called the Sicko Game of the Week, which highlights under the radar games that fans should keep an eye on!

The major game of the week was the clash between Michigan and UNC. With plenty of new faces, it’s a big prove it year for UNC, who are looking to make some noise in the ACC for the first time since going to the Final Four in 2021.

Meanwhile Michigan graduated several of the best players in program history and will have to find some new answers. But with a strong coaching staff and a track record of playoff success over the last two years, the Wolverines have big expectations in 2025.

We also chat about UMASS vs Army and Georgetown vs Hopkins in a pair of games that will show us a lot about what to expect this year. With a wide open Patriot League, can Army finish the job this week? And likewise. Is Georgetown’s run of Big East supremacy under threat? This week should tell us a lot.
