Larson Sundown is one of the most talented offensive stars on the Ottawa Black Bears. He is a versatile scorer that can make teams pay from all of the floor.

In recent weeks, Sundown is playing some of his best lacrosse, not only of this National Lacrosse League season, but of his career. Having posted back-to-back hat tricks in coming into the Black Bears’ Week 9 NLL game against the Vancouver Warriors, it’s fair to say Larson Sundown is feeling it right now.

He also gained well deserved recognition for his role in designing the new Black Bears uniforms before their inaugural season in Ottawa. With a new look and some new players, Riptide holdovers like Sundown have seemed to find a newfound swagger this year.

The Bears are currently 4-2 and find themselves up near the top of the standings. With goaltender Zach Higgins being arguably the best keeper in the league so far this year, the Bears look to have the pieces to keep the hot start going.

Beyond being a rising star in the NLL, Larson Sundown is a family man who embraces his, and the sport’s rich cultural history. Sit back and enjoy this episode with Larson Sundown where we talk about lacrosse, family, indigenous culture, and much more.
